What You’ll Do:
This is an active, hands-on role during evening hours. You’ll:

- Help individuals transition into evening routines (meals, hygiene, downtime)
- Support independence, choices, and personal goals.
- Assist with outings, activities, and community involvement.
- Build real relationships with the people you support.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and structured home.
- Document care and communicate with your team.
- Transport individuals using a company vehicle.

- 18+ years old.
- Valid driver’s license (less than 6 points).
- Ability to pass:
- Background check (paid).
- Company physical (paid).
