Residential Concepts, Inc. (RCI), is a family owned and operated, for-profit agency that provides supports and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve a full life of opportunities by providing personalized supports and services that help them create and expand relationships with others in their community.Our agency, rooted in humble beginnings, has helped and served well over 200 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, since its inception in the late 1960s. Our goal for each person we serve is to create opportunities that connect them to their community, promote relationships with community members, encourage decision making and independence, and offer new life experiences that nurture their mental, physical, emotional, and social development.Our qualified personnel, work as a team with the person, parents/guardians, and Service and Support Administrators, to develop a person-centered plan that addresses what is important to the person and for the person. We understand that together as a team, we can make a difference in the life of each person we serve.
