About Residential Concepts

Residential Concepts, Inc. (RCI) is a family-owned provider of residential and adult day support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

For over 30 years, we’ve focused on one core belief: every person deserves the opportunity to live a full, connected, and self-directed life. We are not a high-volume provider—our approach is built around smaller, more personal environments where individuals are supported with dignity, consistency, and respect.

Our services are individualized, meaning each person receives supports based on their needs, goals, and authorized services.

We provide residential services in community-based homes, where individuals are supported in building independence, developing daily living skills, and forming meaningful relationships.

Our Adult Day Support program offers structured activities, skill-building opportunities, and community engagement for individuals who choose to participate.

RCI also provides non-medical transportation as a separate service, available to individuals who are authorized to receive it, including transportation to and from the Adult Day Support program.

Our approach is:

Person-centered, not system-centered
Relationship-driven, not task-driven
Focused on independence, not dependency

At RCI, we work closely with individuals, families, and support teams to ensure services reflect what truly matters to each person—and that those supports are delivered consistently.

At RCI, the work is real. The expectations are clear. And the impact is visible.

Our Values

At Residential Concepts, Inc. (RCI), our values guide how we support individuals and how we work together as a team.

Reliability
We show up, on time and prepared. Consistency matters—for our team and for the individuals we support.

Respect & Dignity
Every individual is treated with respect, has a voice, and is supported in making their own choices.

Independence
We support people in building skills and confidence—encouraging independence rather than creating dependence.

Relationships
We prioritize meaningful connections—with individuals, families, coworkers, and the community.

Accountability
We take ownership of our work, follow through on responsibilities, and communicate openly.

Teamwork
We support each other, step in when needed, and work together to provide consistent, quality care.

Community Inclusion
We believe individuals should be active participants in their communities—not limited to the home.

These values shape our daily work and define what it means to be part of the RCI team.

Our Culture

At Residential Concepts, Inc. (RCI), our culture is built on consistency, teamwork, and doing meaningful work the right way.

We are a family-owned organization, and that shows in how we operate. Our homes are smaller, our teams are more connected, and we focus on creating a stable, supportive environment for both the individuals we serve and our staff.

We value employees who are:
  • Reliable – showing up on time and following through matters
  • Engaged – this is a hands-on role, not a passive one
  • Respectful – toward individuals, coworkers, and the work itself
  • Team-oriented – we rely on each other to provide consistent care
This is not a “clock in and coast” type of job. Our team members are expected to be present, involved, and committed to supporting individuals in real, everyday activities—both in the home and in the community.

In return, we provide:
  • A clean, safe, and well-supported work environment
  • Paid training and ongoing support
  • A team that values communication, accountability, and mutual respect
At RCI, the work is real, the expectations are clear, and the impact you make is visible every day.
